How to use: 

1. Squeeze a small amount of the primer onto the pad of your ring finger and dab it onto your eyelid.
2. Use your ring finger to blend the primer onto your eye from the lash line all the way up to your brow bone. 
3. Let the primer dry for about 30 seconds before applying eye shadow.
